PESHAWAR, Aug 17: The Peshawar High Court on Friday ordered the transfer and posting of seven judicial officers, including District and Sessions Judges (DSJs). According to an order issued by S. Musadiq Hussain Gilani, the high court’s registrar, Muhammad Iqbal, who has been transferred back to the high court, has been posted as the DSJ for Battagram.

Muhammad Salim Khan has been posted as DSJ for Bannu, whereas Ikramullah Khan has been posted as DSJ for Nowshera against a vacant post.

The additional DSJ, Sardar Muhammad Irshad, who was working on current charge basis against the post of DSJ for Battagram, has been transferred and posted as ADSJ for Mardan. The ADSJ for Mardan, Badar-ud-din, has been transferred to Kohat against a vacant post.

Nusrat Yasmeen and Saima Irfan, posted respectively in Dera Ismail Khan and Charsadda as civil judge-cum-judicial magistrates, have replaced each other.
