Laboratories raided

LAKKI MARWAT, March 11: Health authorities conducted raids on private laboratories of physicians and sealed an illegal clinical laboratory in the city on Sunday.

An inspection team constituted for checking illegal practice of doctors conducted raids in Mela Mandi, Michan Khel Adda, Umer Gul Chowk, Kutcheri Road and Mina Khel Bazaar, said a press release issued by the deputy district officer of health, Khan Malook Khan Begukhel.

The health team warned medical storeowners against examining patients as they were not authorized to do so. The team also sealed a private clinical laboratory.
