Ex-minister’s bail plea hearing put off

ISLAMABAD, Aug 4: Additional Sessions Judge Mirza Nisar Baig on Saturday put off the hearing of ‘after-arrest bail’ plea of former state minister Mohammad Shahid Jamil Qureshi, charged with the murder of Canadian national Kafila Siddiqui, till September 8.

The hearing was adjourned because the defence counsel was not present in the court to pursue the case.— Staff Reporter
