KASUR, March 10: A motorcycle mechanic committed suicide by shooting himself on Haji Farid Road, Kasur city, here on Sunday.

Akram killed himself after his father admonished him for coming home late at night.

BUS LOOTED: A bus was looted by dacoits near Pattoki on Sunday.

A bus was going to Lahore from Bahawalnagar when five dacoits deprived its passengers of cash, gold ornaments and valuables near Pattoki.

Police are investigating.
