KARACHI, July 23: Spinner Abdul Qadeer’s best bowling figures helped Lasbela District to an emphatic six-wicket win over Zone-V Blues in the KCCA Inter-zonal Under-17 tournament at the Asghar Ali Shah Stadium on Sunday.

Qadeer finished with excellent show of 7-67 as Zone-V Blues were spun out for 178 in the 47th over, while batting first. Mohammad Irfan Ali made a fighting 61. Lasbela District, in reply, reached the required target in the 24th over for the loss of four wickets as Abdul Sattar (40) remained the top-scorer.

Meanwhile, off-spinners Kaleemullah and Talha Azeem shared nine wickets between them to furnish a 70-run win for Zone-IV Whites over Zone-II Greens at Pak Star Ground.
