LAKKI MARWAT, July 16: Police arrested 10 persons on charges of watching objectionable material on computers during a raid on an internet cafe in the Abakhel village here on Monday.

Officials said the raid was conducted by Lakki Police Station SHO Shaukat Khan after complaints that the internet cafe had been turned into a mini-cinema house, showing objectionable material to youths.

The arrested persons included cafe owners Imran and Misal. Police also seized 140 CDs and sealed off four computer systems. A case has been registered against the accused under the Picture Motion Act and the PPC.—Correspondent
