JACOBABAD, July 16: A large number of people including women took out a protest rally against Baitul Maal here, on Monday. The rally started from the post office and after marching on different roads, reached outside the press where protesters staged sit-in.
Ms Sardar Bano, Bibi Sachal, Noor Bano, Mohammad Amin, Abdul Ghafoor and others complained that they had been visiting the post office daily to get Baitul Maal fund but faced refusal on the plea that funds had not been received as yet.
They said that they will continue their protest till the release of funds to them.
