JACOBABAD, July 12: Police shot dead two alleged robbers in an encounter in Bakhshapur on the National Highway on Thursday. Reports reaching here said that a gang of robbers robbed trucks carrying relief goods for flood victims.

The same robbers were caught when they were busy looting a passenger coach after robbing the relief trucks. An encounter ensued between robbers and police resulting in death of two robbers, Manzoor Lashari and another unidentified robber.—BoC
