KARACHI: Paktel — a China mobile company has set new record for coverage expansion by shortening the time from one year to five weeks, says a press release.

It signed its network installation contract with four new vendors on May 31, 2007 and the first site was launched on the July 7. This is the first step as part of company’ expansion plan for which Paktel has signed $500 million contract with its strategic partners.

KARACHI: JCR-VIS Credit Rating Company Limited has assigned a medium to long-term preliminary rating of AA (Double A) to proposed TFCs of Rs5 billion of Pakarab Fertilisers (Pvt)Limited. The outlook on the rating is ‘Stable’, says a press release.

KARACHI: JCR-VIS Credit Rating Company Limited has reaffirmed the entity ratings of AZLM at’A-/A-2’ (Single A Minus/Single A-Two). The ratings assigned to the first and second tranche of the listed musharakah term finance certificates have also been reaffirmed at ‘A’ (Single A) with a ‘Stable’ outlook, says a press release.
