Cricket camp in full swing

LAHORE, July 10: With the exception of fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar, senior batsman Mohammad Yousuf and all-rounder Shahid Afridi, all the other 19 probables on Tuesday attended the fitness training camp set-up here at the Gaddafi Stadium.

The camp commandant Talat Ali told Dawn that while Shoaib has been suffering from fever, both Yousuf and Afridi were away due to personal reasons and will report to the camp on Wednesday.

The camp will conclude on July 23 and in the last phase of fitness programme, the camp will be held in Karachi during August.
