Two arrested

ABBOTTABAD, July 9: Police on Sunday arrested a person who was wanted by the police in connection with the murder of two of his nephews. Noor Muhammad was hiding in a rented house in Salhad.

Amir and Azem Khan, the residents of the Peshawar’s Mominabad area, were murdered on January 22 this year.

The police arrested another person who was wanted for his alleged involvement in a kidnapping and ransom case.Rasheed’s gang allegedly kidnapped Zahid Khan for ransom from Rawalpindi on June 5 this year.

Police had arrested four other members of the gang from the spot but Rasheed had escaped.—Correspondent
