Relief train

KHANEWAL, July 7: A relief train was sent to Kandhkot (Sindh) from the Khanewal railway station on Saturday. Reports reaching here said the Peshawar-bound 19-Up Khushhal Express derailed near the Kandkot Railway Station at 7:30pm.

“The train derailed after its axel broke,” a Pakistan Railway official told Dawn. He said relief train had been sent to the scene. The official was not aware of casualties, if any. — Correspondent
