KHAIRPUR, July 6: Four outlaws were arrested on Friday after a police encounter. Thari Mirwah police received information about the movement of bandit Ali Hassan alias Nang Narejo along with three other criminals Abdul Karim alias Mushki, Bachoo and Shahid Qambrani.

The police surrounded the Saanwni Shakh, Pir Wassan area. Heavy police contingent from other police stations was also called.

Police claimed that after an encounter which lasted for half an hour they could arrest bandit Nang Narejo and his three accomplices.

Nang Narejo is said to be involved in 15 cases, including murder and kidnapping.
