KARACHI, July 4: Inspector-General of the Sindh police Ziaul Hassan Khan on Wednesday issued orders for giving Rs0.2 million to the heirs of a constable of the Risala police station, Inayat Ali, who was gunned down by bandits on Tuesday.

The IG also gave directives for the release of Rs0.6 million from the provincial government.

He asked the authorities concerned for giving a job to one of the late constable’s children, adding that the family be looked after by the department.—PPI
