Man deprived of $300

ISLAMABAD, June 27: Three persons carrying wireless sets deprived a man of foreign currency near EME College, police said here on Wednesday. Ihtashamul Haq lodged a complaint with the Tarnol police stating that he returned from abroad and was going to Abbottabad from Islamabad International Airport along with his brother and a friend in a vehicle (RLX-2212).

When they reached EME College at Jhangi Sayedan three persons, who were carrying wireless sets signalled them to stop.

Considering them police personnel they stopped the vehicle. During their search they took $300 from them and escaped in a car (RIT-9721).—Staff Reporter
