QUETTA, June 18: Three patients of deadly Congo virus were admitted to the Fatima Jinnah Chest Hospital in Quetta on Monday.

Hospital sources confirmed the presence of Congo virus patients who were brought from Pishin and Chaman. One of them was Afghan from Kandahar.

“They are suffering from Congo virus and condition of two of the patients is serious,” the sources said. They, however, did not give the names of the patients.

One of the patients was allowed to go home after his condition improved, they added.
