LAKKI MARWAT, June 15: A man was killed and two others, including a woman, sustained bullet injuries when two groups exchanged fire over a land dispute in village Mela Mandrakhel, officials said.

Quoting an FIR, lodged by one Zarbakhta Bibi with Lakki police, officials said that the accused Salim Khan and his son Umar Piao shot and killed Mohammad Khan, husband of the complainant Zarbakhta, when he was on the way to village mosque.

An injured, Umar Piao, from the other side told police in his preliminary report that Mohammad Khan fired at him.

Lakki police have registered two separate cases and started investigation.
