KARACHI, March 3: One more fisherman who had been injured in firing allegedly by the Balochistan Levies on Feb 27 has been admitted to Civil Hospital Karachi.

Abdul Rauf was on the fishing launch, Al-Razzaq, which came under fire from the Balochistan Levies along with three other launches fishing in Balochistan waters on Feb 27, the Manager, Fish Harbour Authority, Haji Mohammed Boota, told APP on Sunday.

One fisherman was killed and four others were injured in the firing.

Rauf had received a bullet in his knee while he was fishing on the launch, Al-Moiz (13295-B).

According to Haji Boota, the Balochistan Levies had caught the launch, Al- Ishaq, and auctioned the fish-catch on board for Rs75,000.

He claimed that the launch was released after the owner paid Rs100,000 fine.—APP
