KARACHI, June 8: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will accord warm welcome to the Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, on his arrival here on July 3.

Addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club on Friday, PML-N Additional Secretary Information Sardar Rahim said that the PML-N would contact all political parties and other organisations to accord historic welcome to the chief justice.

He expressed hope that the government would not repeat past mistakes and observed that any attempt to disturb the welcome plan would invite public wrath.Mr Rahim said General Pervez Musharraf despite knowing even the minute details of May 12 tragedy did not bother to order an inquiry.—Staff Reporter
