LAHORE, June 6: The Parks and Horticulture Authority has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Worldwide Fund for Nature and Waste Busters for launching the ‘Clean Lahore’ campaign from Gulberg.

According to the MoU signed by PHA director North Misbah Dar, WWF Environment Director Hammad Raza and Waste Busters Chief Executive Asif Farooki on the International Environment Day the cleanliness campaign in Gulberg will be launched in cooperation with the town and union council nazims and civil society organisations. Sustainable solutions will be found for garbage, pollution and environment problems.
