Akram, Haris hit fifties

HYDERABAD, May 29: Akram Khan and Haris Baig struck half-centuries as Hyderabad defeated Badin by 118 runs in the Hyderabad Region Inter-district cricket championship at the Niaz Stadium on Tuesday.

Noman Ali also played a vital role in Hyderabad’s victory by capturing four wickets for 14 runs.

On Monday, Ahmed Ali’s four-wicket haul went in vain as Badin beat Thatta by 11 runs at the Makli Cricket Stadium.
