Sindh HC clarification

KARACHI, May 29: The Sindh High Court has clarified a report about allotment of plots to its judges in Islamabad.

A clarification issued by the SHC registrar says: “This is to clarify that the honourable judges of this court have been allotted residential plots in Sector G-14, an undeveloped sector of Islamabad, upon applications made in this regard in response to a general advertisement and after completing all legal formalities and the honourable judges have been paying instalments regularly.

“The federal government employees have also been allotted plots in the same area and no favour has been done by any authority to the honourable judges of this court in this regard.”
