ISLAMABAD, May 29: Another batch of 60 Pakistani illegal immigrants, deported by Turkish authorities, arrived at the Islamabad International Airport on Tuesday, official sources said.

A senior official of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) told Dawn that the 60 Pakistani deportees reached Islamabad on a scheduled PIA flight (PK-762) at about 7.30pm on Tuesday.

The Pakistani deportees were taken into custody by the immigration authorities who shifted them to FIA’s passport cell for further investigation.

According to the immigration authorities, out of the 60 deportees, two belonged to Rawalpindi, three to Peshawar while the remaining were from the Gujranwala division.—Our Reporter
