Many quit MQM

NAWABSHAH, May 28: A large number of Muttahida Qaumi Movement activists here on Monday quit the party and joined People’s Party Parliamentarians in protest against May 12 Karachi killings.

According to a press release issued by Nawabshah PPP office, Anwar Ali Kalhoro, Maula Bux Abbasi, Nawab Abbasi, Haji Allah Bux Abbasi, Razzaq Abbasi, Zohaib Abbasi and others met with the district president of PPP, Ghulam Qadir Chandio MPA, and announced their decision to join PPP.

Meanwhile, a number of people have joined MQM in at a public meeting in Ghandtar, according to a press release issued by MQM Nawabshah zone.
