GUJAR KHAN, May 27: The Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) is considering forming electoral alliance with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and Tehrik-e-Insaf for the next elections.

This was stated by Maulana Ans Noorani, vice-president of MMA during a press conference here at Potohar Press Club on Saturday evening.

He said the MMA was fully supporting the lawyers movement for the freedom of judiciary and supremacy of the constitution.

The MMA leader said that time had come that the military rulers should pack up to give way to real democracy in the country.

Replying to a question Mr Noorani said that PPP could dispel the impression of entering a deal with Gen Pervez Musharraf by participating in the APC convened by Nawaz Sharif in London.

The MMA leader also stressed upon the government to devise a public friendly budget to give relief to the poverty stricken masses. Ch Abid Rehman, member supreme council and Mirza Tajammal Jaral ameer MMA Gujar Khan tehsil were also present on the occasion.
