ISLAMABAD, May 16: The Federal Public Service Commission has recommended 23 candidates for appointments against posts of senior teachers, lecturers and subject specialists in Basic Pay Scale (BPS) 17, states an official announcement issued here on Wednesday.

These appointment will be in the directorate of special education, ministry of social welfare and special education.

The names of candidates are: Tahira Aslam (Roll number 40668/L), Bilal Ahmed Khan (40039/I), Munir Ahmed Channa (40380/K), Halima Sadia (40068/I), Fazila Nisar (40466/L), Kamran Munir (40497/L), Fahim Ahmed Ashraf (40042/I), Khurram Gulzar (40505/L), Khalid Iqbal (40092/I), Nazir Ahmed (40179/I), Saira Shaheen (40233/I), Mehdi Hassan (40812/Q), Mohammad Akram Shakir (40534/L), Syed Nadeem Tahir (40663/L), Shahid Majeed Khan (40271/I), Tahir Hussain (40308/I), Waqar Alam (30325/1), Qadir Bux (40388/K), Khizran Wani (40097/1), Mohammad Majid (40136/I), Rabia Awan (40609/L), Saddar Uddin (40396/K) and Sameeullah Khan (40402/K).

The commission has also recommended three candidates for appointment against the posts of Bursars (BPS-16) in the directorate of federal government educational institutions (cantonments/garrisons) in the ministry of defence.

Their names are: Tahir Mehmud (40034/I), Mohammad Zubair Khan (40018/I) and Shakoor Ahmed (40029/I).

Meanwhile, the commission has recommended Javed Khurshed Shaikh (40005/K) for the post of lecturer (Bio-Chemistry) at the Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre, Karachi in BPS-17.
