KARACHI, May 13: Dr Panjwani Centre for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research (PCMD), University of Karachi, has invited applications for provision of research and training opportunities for young scholars.

According to eligibility criteria, the applicants should be less than 30 years and possess Masters degree in allied health disciplines — Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Genetics or Statistics.

The candidates, to be selected on merit, would be provided research training in the fields of proteomics and cancer research.

They will also be trained in focused projects with the prospects of short training in leading laboratories of the world in selected fields.

The last date for the submission of applications is May 22.
