Cell company fails to deliver

VEHARI, May 12: Cellular phone users have complained of poor service in various parts of the district for the last couple of days.

Subscribers of Mobilink are facing disconnection of their calls, hang-ups and busy network, especially when one wants to get connected to the mobile service through landline.

“I keep dialling numbers and the network remains busy for hours, or message of limited service flashes on the phone screen. Calls also get disconnected in seconds,” a Mobilink subscriber said.

Service centres also remain busy for hours, especially from 8pm to 10pm. One has to wait for hours if one wants to recharge an account through pre-paid cards.

“Too many connections create congestion problems which will be solved soon,” an operator at the company’s customer service centre said.
