Youth commits suicide

GUJAR KHAN, May 6: An unemployed man committed suicide by hanging himself with the ceiling fan of his house in Mohrah Nakial village, police said on Sunday.

Altaf Husain reported to the police that his son Mohammad Ahsan, 25, was unemployed and had been making efforts to go abroad. However, after failing to get an overseas job he had become frustrated.

He said Ahsan was found missing from his bed on Saturday night and later his body was found hanging with a ceiling fan in a room of the house.—Correspondent
