HYDERABAD, May 5: Farhan Mehboob and Majid Khan have qualified for the final of the first Hyderabad Open Men's squash championship by winning their respective semi-finals at the Gymkhana on Saturday.

Farhan of Wapda outclassed Sindh's Kashif Khan in straight sets (11-9, 11-3, 11-6) in only 24 minutes.

In the other semi-final, Majid Khan of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) struggled hard against Yasir Butt of Wapda and took 55 minutes to surpass him with scores of 12-10, 11-8, 9-11, 7-11, 11-9.

The final will be played on Sunday at 3:45pm.
