KARACHI: Prizes distributed

KARACHI, May 2: The Pakistan Medical Association organized a prize distribution ceremony at the PMA House for winners of the 18th PMA Karachi City Marathon and Health Walk, held earlier this week.

Chief guest Sindh Advisor Fatima Surayya Bajia congratulated the winners of the marathon and distributed prizes among the winners. Dr Naseer Baloch, President PMA Karachi, appreciated the marathon committee for organising the event.

Dr Qaiser Sajjad, PMA Karachi General Secretary, informed that the marathon had been held regularly every year since 1989 and in the most recent one, over 4,000 people including doctors, nurses, pharmaceutical staff, medical students, student of private and government schools and people from different walks of life had participated.—PPI
