LAHORE, April 30: The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has announced a 22-member squad for the AFC Under-13 Festival, to be held in Bangladesh from May 4-8.

The sixth National U-14 Festival, held in Jan, helped the PFF select the probables with the assistance of German expert Klaus Stark.

Mohammad Arif Siddiqui has been appointed as the manager of the squad while Syed Nasir Ismail and Mohammad Habib have been named as coach and assistant coach respectively. Hafiz Anees Javed is goal-keeper coach while Kamran Mehdi is the physiotherapist.

Goal-keepers: Ahsanullah (Karachi), Wahab Mahmood (Lahore); defenders: Moiz Akbar (Faisalabad), Adeel Khalid (Faisalabad), Rasool Bakhsh (Ustad Mohammad), Awais Anwar (Nowshera), Mohammad Sajid (Faisalabad), Hassan Saleem Khan (Lahore), Asif Waris (Karachi), Yaqoob Moosa (Karachi); midfielders: Mohammad Salman (Lahore), Ahmed Fahim (Khanewal), Hafiz Ahmed Nisar (Sheikhupura), Abdul Waheed (Karachi), Mohammad Akram (Faisalabad), Irfan Yousuf (Karachi), Mudassar Mukhtar (Karachi); strikers: Naved Sadiq (Lahore), Waleed Hameed, (Peshawar), Hassan Khan (Sialkot), Zain-ul-Islam (Karachi), Fahim Shah (Karachi).
