JACOBABAD, April 6: The Hindu community continued protest and observed a token hunger strike at main bazar against the kidnapping of Om Parkash 8, on Friday. A rally was also taken out from Hindu Panchayat Hall which, after marching on different roads, reached at Shahi Bazar main chowk where protesters observed token hunger strike.

The hunger strikers besides others included Ramchand Chawla, Sharan Kumar, Washdev, Srichand Lal, Ahmed Ali Brohi, Dr A.G.Ansari and Mohammad Akram Abro.The DCO, Naveed Ahmed Chaudhry, visited the affected family at a temple. The women of the family appealed for immediate recovery of the boy. He assured the child would be recovered soon.—BoC
