LAHORE, Feb 25: A meeting of the parties in the Grand Democratic Alliance is due to be held here on Wednesday with the main objective of discussing the political situation in the country and deciding the coalition’s future course of action.
Mr Hamid Nasir Chattha will preside.
Alliance sources said on Monday that the meeting would urge the government not to amend the constitution as the matter fell in the jurisdiction of an elected parliament.
