KARACHI: Bazmi’s death condoled

KARACHI, March 24: The Sindh Minister for Culture, Tourism and Social welfare, Rauf Siddiqui, and Adviser Umer Sharif on Saturday expressed sorrow over the death of renowned music director Nisar Bazmi.

In a joint statement here, they termed the death of Nisar Bazmi a great loss to the world of art and music. They said his death had created a vacuum in the field, which was hard to fill.

They said people would always remember his services and prayed to Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and give courage to his family members to bear this irreparable loss.—Staff Reporter
