KARACHI, March 23: The Karachi Bar Association has expressing concern over the imposition of ban on the Al-Rasheed Trust, demanding that the ban be lifted immediately and the organisation be allowed to resume its social welfare activities and humanitarian services. The KBA adopted a resolution unanimously at a meeting held here on Friday observing that the Trust had been rendering valuable services to the humanity.

It termed the ban and other restrictions imposed by the government ‘illegal’, and said the action was taken without any reason.

The resolution further observed that the ban was a cause of great loss to the common man.
