MANDI BAHAUDDIN, March 22: The PPP has requested the Lahore high Court to take suo motu notice of more than 40 missing party workers. Former MPA and district PPP president Tariq Tarar said at a press conference here on Thursday that the workers staged a protest rally on March 20 after permission from the district administration. But police booked 300 workers under MPO 16 and Section 118 PPC.

Of them, 40 PPP workers were still missing, he added.

MURDER: An infuriated husband allegedly gunned down his wife on Wednesday night in Mauza Harya over some domestic dispute.
