Devrient guides team to victory

LAHORE, March 19: Two matches were decided in Toyota Polo Cup on Monday. LG beat Good Will Foods by a close margin 8- 7 1/2. For the winners, Mauricio Devrient scored seven while Kashif Jamal added one.

For the losers, who had a half-goal handicap, Asif Tiwana struck six goals while Ahmed Ali Tiwana added one.

In another match, Guard Rice beat Nestle Orange Juices 10-4 1/2.

Raja Samiullah scored seven for the winners. Taimur Ali Malik (2) and Shah Shamyl Alam (1) were the other scorers.

For the losers, who had half goal handicap, Hissam Ali Hyder scored all four. —Sports Correspondent
