LAHORE, March 18: All Senators, MNAs, MPAs, members of the central executive and the federal council of the PPP will express solidarity with the lawyers on Wednesday (March 21), says party’s secretary-general Raja Pervaiz Ashraf.

He said on Sunday that Makhdoom Amin Fahim would lead a rally from the party’s central secretariat to the Supreme Court building in Islamabad.

According to him, instructions for the purpose have been issued by Ms Benazir Bhutto.

Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said his party appreciated Nawaz Sharif’s decision to postpone the multi-party conference slated for March 24 and 25 in London.

He said in the prevailing situation, it would not have been possible for political leaders to stay away from the country, and the PML-N leader had taken the right decision by delaying the moot.
