CJ manhandling hearing tomorrow

ISLAMABAD, March 17: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Acting Chief Justice Javed Iqbal will take up on Monday suo motu case about reported manhandling of Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry.

Two other members of the bench are: Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar and Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan.

The case has been fixed at serial number one on the cause list issued by the fixture branch of the Supreme Court on Saturday.

The Supreme Court has issued notices to the Islamabad IGP, DIG, SSP and DSP I-9 circle, Islamabad.—APP
