Pak Suzuki profits

KARACHI, March 16: Pak Suzuki produced 114,214 cars and light commercial vehicles in 2006 as compared to 86,421 units in 2005. The board of directors of

Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) in its meeting held on March 14 approved the financial results of the year ending December 31, 2006 and issue of 50 per cent bonus shares to its shareholders.

The company earned a net profit of Rs3.3 billion as compared to Rs2.2 billion in 2005, says a press release.
