PVMA team leaves for Malaysia

ISLAMABAD, March 10: A high-level delegation of Pakistan Vanaspati Manufacturing Association (PVMA) led by its chairman on Saturday left for Kuala Lumpur to attend the Price Outlook Forum 2007 being held from March 12-14.

PVMA Secretary Dr Ghulam M Samdani said that the forum was an international event where eminent professionals would discuss palm oil trade and its features.

He said that the PVMA delegation during its stay would also hold meetings with the Palm Oil Refiners Association of Malaysia (PORAM) and the Indonesian Palm Oil Producers Association (GAPKI).

In these meetings among other issues, the incidence of ship shortage and delay in deliver orders would be discussed.
