Two dacoits killed in encounter

SIALKOT, March 8: Two dacoits were killed in an encounter with Pakistan Security Forces (PSF) here on Thursday morning at Ooncha Khurad-Sabzpeer, Pasrur tehsil, along the Sialkot Working Boundary.

Reports said six armed dacoits were looting the people when a PSF team reached there. The accused also tried to loot the team at gunpoint and opened fire. During a shootout, two dacoits were killed on the spot and four others managed their escape.

The dead have been identified as Abdul Razzaq and Muhammad Ashraf of Narowal district.

Sabzpeer police have registered a case.
