KARACHI, March 6: Brilliant unbeaten centuries by opener Khurram Manzoor and Hasan Raza set up Karachi Zebras’ emphatic 152-run victory over Lahore Eagles in the ABN-Amro Gold League Cup at the National Stadium here on Tuesday.

Khurram, who blasted an undefeated 163 in a losing cause against Sialkot Stallions last Friday, struck 133 off 142 balls with 13 fours and one six while Hasan hit up a 110-ball 104 with eight fours and a brace of sixes to help the Zebras pile up 307 for two after the Eagles elected to field first.

Opener Asif Zakir also shone with a 43-ball 49 that included eight fours and one six.

The Eagles, in reply, were dismissed for 155 in the 31st over. Junaid Zia top-scored with 45. Paceman Tanvir Ahmed and off-spinner Afsar Nawaz claimed three wickets each while opening bowler Rajesh Ramesh took two.
