KARACHI, March 6: The World Islamic Mission women wing chief, Dr Farida Ahmad, condemning the government on the murder of Zille-i-Huma has said the law and order has deteriorated to such an extent that even ministers are being killed.

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, she said the government by passing the women’s protection bill had in fact made women more vulnerable. After the passage of the bill, she said the incidents of gang rapes had increased.

She demanded that law and order be improved so that not only ministers but common people, particularly women, could be safe and feel secure.
