Twin power

Published March 7, 2007

WARSAW: Poland’s presidency and premiership are a twin affair these days — President Lech Kaczynski and identical twin, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, hold the country’s two top positions. The squat, round-faced brothers are so alike that even close work colleagues have been known to get them mixed up. A website decided to cash in on the novelty: it has launched an online test asking users to spot the difference between the power twins. The aim of the game, available on www.cda.pl/gry-online/3/kaczki.php, is to identify either Lech or Jaroslaw in each of 20 pictures as they flash up on the screen. Jaroslaw is the older of the two by 45 minutes.
