QUETTA, Feb 22: Five children of a family were killed when the roof of a mud-house in a village of Sherani area of Zhob district collapsed on Thursday.

The roof of the house collapsed due to heavy rains which lashed the entire district for four days.

The five children aged between 7 and 16 years were died on the spot, Ghulam Mohammad Tareen, a senior official of the local administration said.

He identified the victims as Jannat Gul, Ali Gul, Din Gul, Bibi Jana and Bibi Zarjana.
