SIALKOT, Feb 17: Traffic remained suspended on GT Road near Civil Chowk, Chungi No.8, Sohawa and BRB Canal Bridge, Daska for about three hours on Saturday owing to the alleged slackness of police.

Reports said some transporters had wrongly parked public vehicles on main road, causing a great deal of inconvenience to the people especially women and students.

However, the Daska traffic police restored traffic after three hours.

VAN LOOTED: Two dacoits looted a van here on Friday night near Muslimaaniya on main Daska-Gujranwala Road.

Reports said the dacoits boarded the van in the guise of passengers and made off with cash, cell phones and valuables from the people.
