Bodies of man, woman found

NAWABSHAH, Feb 17: Beheaded bodies of Nazar Mohammed Solangi, 55, and his daughter-in-law Ms Rukhsana, 25, were found locked-up in a room of their house in Society area on Saturday.

Relatives told journalists that Ms. Sakina Solangi, wife of Nazar, and her children who were asleep in an adjacent room at the time of the murders started shouting when they saw blood reaching up to the room’s locked door.

They broke open the door and found the bodies lying in a pool of blood, they said and added that the murderers had also looted 30 tolas of gold after the murder.

Police later moved the bodies to NMC Hospital for post mortem. Sources in police claimed that they had found a knife, a pistol and a rifle in the room where the gory incident took place.—BoC
