KARACHI: Anti-polio drive in Saddar

KARACHI, Feb 16: The elected representatives would join hands with the Saddar town administration in carrying out an anti-polio drive from February 20 to 22.

This was decided at a meeting convened to review measures taken by the town administration for anti-polio drive.

TMO Mukhtar Hussain said elected representatives would cooperate with the town, which would join hands with the health department in the drive against polio.

He said UC nazims would help teams of the health department, besides supervise awareness drive for which banners would be put on display, posters and handbills would be distributed amongst the citizens. —PPI
